Common Questions

Question 1: What happens during the free 60-minute consultation and evaluation?

We’ll talk through your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any limitations. Then we’ll assess your movement and strength so we can recommend the best training plan for you.

Question 2: Do I need to be "in shape" before starting personal training?

No. Personal training is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re brand new, returning after time off, or looking to level up, we’ll build the right plan for your starting point.

Question 3: Is this good for beginners?

Yes. We coach beginners through the fundamentals so you feel confident, safe, and supported while learning how to train properly.

Question 4: Can you help with fat loss, strength, or performance goals?

Yes. We help clients build strength, improve body composition, increase conditioning, and train for better performance depending on their specific goals. Each program design depends on each person, individually.

Question 5: Do you create a customized training plan?

Yes. Your plan is based on your goals, current fitness level, movement assessment, schedule, and what you need most to make progress. Then, we guide you along that plan every step of the way.

Question 6: How often should I train with a coach?

That depends on your goals, experience, schedule, and support needs. During your consultation, we’ll help you decide what frequency makes the most sense. We have clients train as many as 4 times per week with a coach, and clients as infrequent as 1 time per week.

Question 7: What if I have aches, pains, or previous injuries?

To that we say... perfect! Our coaches have been trained by our Chiropractic Physicians on how to manage aches, pains, and previous injuries while in the gym. Although strength coaches cannot diagnose conditions, give medical advice, or create rehabilitation programs, they CAN modify, regress, and progress exercises in real time based on these aches, pains, and previous injuries. Additionally, your evaluation helps us understand what needs to be modified, strengthened, or progressed so you can train safely and confidently. If injury requires further medical attention, we promptly have one of our physicians

We combine chiropractic care and strength & conditioning training under one roof, bridging the gap between rehab and performance.
